Some years ago, a search was undertaken to find someone who could build a website for a small community group. After some time, it was discovered that this was no easy feat. Costs varied considerably as did the quality of the work produced. It seemed difficult to find a website designer that could produce the good quality work that was expected at affordable prices. So we decided to do something about it and after years of gaining the necessary knowledge, Level 21 was born.

We aim to provide small to medium businesses with a professional, industry-standard website at a budget friendly price. We understand that the whole process of hiring a designer can be overwhelming, particularly when it comes to the technical jargon, so we do our best to keep it simple. You’ll find no geek speak here (OK, maybe an unavoidable tiny bit but we guarantee to explain it!).
